His sensitive, believable performance in The Yearling won him a special 1946 Oscar for ‘most outstanding child performer of the year.’ Two vintage photos, one 8 x 10 and one 5 x 3.25, each signed and inscribed in fountain pen to assistant director George Rhein. In fine condition, with both signatures and inscriptions light, but still legible, and mild rippling to horizontal edges of 8 x 10 photo.
